All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once a downloadable software product is delivered to your email address, it is not returnable. We understand that installing downloadable software can sometimes have difficulties. In the circumstances where you are unable to get your software installed, we have support technicians on staff that will assist you in getting your software installed. Our support technicians will even connect into your computer remotely to install your software for you. Your order will be eligible for a refund only in the rare circumstance where our support technician is unable to install your software for you.
Please be aware that once a product key is added to your Microsoft account it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged – even if you haven’t downloaded it yet, or made a mistake and ordered a Windows version for a Mac and visa versa. Once you add a product key to your Microsoft account, it is yours forever, and there is no way to unassign it from your account, therefore it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Software licenses are not returnable, but they can be exchanged for a different license from the same Manufacturer. Software licensing policies are subject to any other restrictions of each individual software manufacturer.
