Actually, I ordered the Adobe Master Collection, but there were problems with downloading and installing, so I can't use these programs altogether; What a pity!

They offered me Adobe Photoshop instead. I then successfully downloaded and installed it. That worked very well; Thank you very much!

In the meantime, I have ordered Adobe Premiere Elements from you. This program could also be downloaded and installed without any problems; Thank you for that.

Before that, I ordered and downloaded CyberLink Media Player with PowerDVD Ultra 22.0.3530.62. At the moment I am trying to install this program with the help of a video of Sara as administrator. This is not easy for me as an inexperienced person, but I hope I will still succeed. An instruction at the beginning would have been helpful.

I notice that the way of installing the various programs is sometimes very individual.
